This is a significant two storey side and rear extension project that transfers an existing three bedroom detached house to a large four double-bedroom family house. The extension involves an extended kitchen and dining space at the rear, a sitting room that can be used as a cinema room in addition to the existing living room, and two home offices.

Our design started by connecting with the familiar and established qualities of the site surroundings. At the domestic scale, following Vastu principles, our design articulates geometry, proportion and sense of direction that fosters active flows of positive energies including sunlight, wind and rain.
