We are delighted to share that our director Jing Qiao has achieved Certified Passive House Designer status and we are now providing Passive House design services!
Passive House is an energy performance standard that provides a high level of comfort and indoor air quality and a significant reduction in space heating requirements compared to the standard practice for UK new builds.
Its focus is on building envelope, and can be applied to any building type.
Passive House applies to new-build as well as retrofit.
